Project analysis and development.

The design process is the core of creating a high-quality mold. Our technical department uses 3D CAD platforms and advanced simulation software to develop high-precision digital models, optimized according to the material, molding conditions and dimensional requirements of the finished product.

Functional and structural optimization.

Each project is preceded by an in-depth analysis of technical parameters: cooling systems, balancing of injection channels, parting lines, ejection and internal movements.

Integration with production.

Design is closely connected to the production department: CAD models are directly integrated with CAM systems for toolpath generation and subsequent CNC machining. This ensures geometric consistency between design and actual part, reducing setup times and margins of error.

Documentation and traceability.

Each mold is accompanied by a complete technical package: construction drawings, bills of materials, machining cycles and inspection reports. The traceability of each component makes it possible to efficiently manage any revisions or maintenance interventions throughout the mold life cycle.
